im looking into getting the 08's for my 06...but i want to have the white top like on the KR since mine are white now...is it just a cap that goes over and where can i get it?...or would it be easier to paint it to match?

 

also is the plug a direct fit or do i have to re wire *****

 

I know that you've already bought them, but for anyone else, they should be a direct wire except for the power fold and such, ou'll need a second switch for that. I'm pretty sure the body color matches are just caps and should be able to get them at any Ford dealer, but I'm not sure about the '08s yet.

when i said direct i meant am i going to be able to just un plug one and plug the other in....i realize i will have to do some wiring, but luckily this guy already put quick connects so ill just cut the existing wire and do the same and then all ill have to do is run for the power folding and hook up the switches
