Does anyone have a parts book that describes what this part is? Thanks

I think its correct - supposed to be an interior part. I'll double-check the number.

It's the number on the part, right? That's an engineering number..not a part number. Here you go...

D3UZ-1113530-A .. Utility Tray ~ 1971/74 Econoline 6 Cylinder ~ Black - paint to match. If D3UB-1113530 had a B suffix, it would be for a V8.

I double-checked the number, and noticed it had 'AWA' as the suffix, not 'A' - any idea what that means NumberDummy?

Makes no difference as long as the first letter is A. The WA in the engineering number just refers to the color of the trim, which as I recall was black - paint to match.
