Programming chip with a laptop

Does anyone know if there is software out there to program a F250 Diesel using a laptop instead of the program modules or chips? If so, where can one find it?

Yes, I can't remember the name of the software for sure though. Stick around somoene else should be able to help.

If you get an SCT xCal2, you can buy their Racer's Package and it gives you software to make all the programming changes, but it's aweful complicated. I gave up. There's thousands of variables.
