Something I can put on the three-point opf my tractor...needs to have a gear box that will handle a minimum of 50HP..prefer a brand name like a BushHog/etc...Auger isn't important, but a 10-12 inch one would be nice.

I'll travel for a good price.

I have an old-fashioned one you run by hand - armstrong sort of thing with two opposing blades that close up and scrape the bottom of the hole. New ones are less than $20 at most hardware stores.

Real men don't use tractors. . . .

I'll keep my eyes open...

BTW, if you're looking to upgrade, my county is auctioning off six backhoes next weekend...

Lol...call me "Sally" then...

But keep in mind this Sally will not have a sore back when done

My pasture is pretty much sand and easily done by hand, but I need to run maybe 35 to 40 holes on the pad, and it's a combo different soils, very compacted.

Thanks Dan,

But I won't be upgrading anytime soon.

ACtually used mine-still sans-backhoe-a few days ago leaky rear main and all in the 96* heat for a few hours...moved all my panels out back and loaded close to 20 yrads of dirt...Temp stayed perfect...I just need to get motivated to split the tractor again and fix the RMS.

Besides, I think if I drug another tractor home it'd better have sleeping facilities in it
