waterless car wash products

Has anybody used one of the waterless car wash products? I,m looking for something to just touch up my 56 f100 with a dark bergundy basecoat/clearcoat paint job.

I have used a "california duster" for cleaning dust off, but it seems to leave hairline scratches. I also use quik detailer spray, but sometime I worry that it is too dusty for that, but it is not dirty enough for a "wet" car wash. any ideas?

A GOOD quick detailer should do the trick. Take a look at this one: http://store.danase.com/daspsh.html

I use the stuff from Classic Motoring in Florida (just can't remember the name of it now), it really does a nice job, and is easy to use.
