350 leafs

I was wondering if I got F-350 leaf springs and put them in place of the Excursion leafs, would it lift it any higher?

What do you have on it now? Might lift it a bit higher if the 350's are rated for more weight, they may not flex as much under static load.

YES. This has been discussed a billion times. Get the ones from a single rear wheel truck though. Dually's have wider springs.

they all go by codes dont they. you can get an f250 with whatever code and the f350 with the same springs. the rear block is what is different.

Give him the info then! He needs B codes or an add-a-leaf to raise the back of his truck some more.

I kno this has been discussed and im sorry for asking again. But i just wanna make sure before i go spend some money on these parts. Anyways fabtech gave me the wrong blocks. So the rear sits i think 1 inch lower then the front and my goal is to raise the rear so that it is exaclty 1 inch higher then the front (like stock trucks). So there for i need to raise the rear 2 inchs.

so then contact fabtech and get a blck that is 2" higher than your current one. just make sure your pinion angle and the shocks can go the extra 2"...

We have that issue commonly with F250's. We keep the Fabtech block and stack it with F350's instead. Could you do that or perhaps look at 4x4 rear blocks in stead of 4x2. As I recall the Fabtech choice is limited.

Wouldnt that cause axle warp? I could keep the fabtech block and stack it with the 3 inch block i have on there now?

I eat hybrid. you may still have axle wrap. You will need to adjust your drive angle. Also make sure you have enough in regards to brake line. If you are going higher you may be pulling tight on the brake line. I am still confused though on what you are actually looking to do. I know with procomp lifts they give you new front springs and add a leaf and blocks for rear. So the front sits a little higher for a few weeks until it settles in being it has all new springs and the back only got the add a leaf.

Ive had this kit on four a couple of months. The back has 3 inch blocks and the front has 4 inch springs. The kit came with 4 inch springs and 1 inch blocks. It didnt look right period, so i went out and bought 3 inch blocks and the front is still taller buy one inch.

I picked up 3/4 of an inch when I switched rear springs to ones off an F350, a little more than I expected but worked out fine.
