Gottaride, Just remove the front license plate, under it you will find the 2 screws securing the plate holder to the bumper.

Been a long time since I had mine on, but it seems like there was a plastic ring that a bolt went into. I don't remember if it was that or if the plate holder was held on with a brad or pop rivet in each place - two on the front and two on the bottom. I know on my 98 Ranger and my 05 Escape there was brads/pop rivets and I ended up having to drill them out.

Or you could just get one of those fancy plates, something like "I'd Rather Be Drinking"

Talking

I just pulled mine off.

It had those silly push things, no screws.
So I just put the plate in the front window until I can figure it out as the holes that were holding the plate holder in tact don't match up where the screws to put the plate back on go.
