Sounds like you have a 'GEM' problem. This can be caused by the windshield leaking on the driver side. The GEM controls the interior functions and is located behind the fuse block under the dash. Do a search for more info.

I Have Been Doing Some Research, Seems To Sound Like A Gem Problem. Thank-you For Your Input. DoYou Know Where Exactly Yhe Water May Be Coming In From The Wipers?

Most likely the windshield. This has been a big problem with the 97-03.

Talking Problem Solved, I Hope

Thank All Yall For The Help. It Ended Up Being A Combination Problem. The Fuse Block And The Gem Module. Replaced The Items And The Truck Seems To Be Working Fine.

are you sure it was both. i think i have the same problem but dont want to buy both i think it might just be the fuse box. and with the new gem did you have to get the computer re-flashed.
