You could fit 285/70R17s(33s), but if you put a leveling kit you could clear 35s.

Just a suggestion.
Use the autospring leveling kit.
I put on on my dad's 04 F140 4x4, and it looks great. $80 w/ free shipping off of ebay.
And takeing my time, with plenty of refreshement breaks it only took 2 hours. Actually 1 1/2 for the first side, and 1/2 for the other.

Here's a couple pics of the truck: w/ and w/out leveling kit

Did you put a 2" or 2.5" leveling kit on?

I used a 2" leveling kit.

IF you have the tools I'd rate the job a 3.

But it does require some tools, such as a hydrolic jack(doesn't have to be hydrolic, but is nicer), several metric wrenches, a few metric sockets, and alittle time.
I didn't have much metric anything, so I bought a cheap set of wrenches and sockets form harbor freight. Used them several times sense then.

truck warranty

Is there any probs with voiding a warranty with larger tires? I seem to remember the tire shop guy saying something about the largest tire install we could do before getting into warranty probs.
