toyota manual steering convert parts

Ok so I picked up a 83 toyota 4x4 manual steering box today along with the toyota pitman arm and draglink. I know I have to make my Fordota pitman arm for hte manual box, I also plan to make the bracket to mount it. Now I want to keep my stock colum and 3 speed colum shifter so what are the other parts I need to get. I think it's a borgsen U-joint with one end splined to make the toyota box and the other is the DD style right? And I need a bushing for inside the end of the steering colum? Wear can I get these parts from?

ok

After some careful reading and checking out the mid fifty site I think I got it

LOWER CENTERING BEARING & RETAINER . . .4625 . . . . . . . .$22.50 set
For Stock Steering Column, holds column center as well as up & down.

COUPLER, Stock Column, Gives more room, use if keeping clutch.
See drawing above for more info. . . . . . . . . .JC1116-75 . . .$29.00 ea.

That should be all I need to order right? I will be making the box mounting bracket and lower colum mount and the pitman arm. That should do it right?

You'll also need a remote mount horn button switch or the (expensive) stock horn button modification kit.

You will also need a lower column mount. You can fab one as simple as 3 metal corner braces and a hose clamp or go with a fancier aftermarket one.
