Ranchero Fuel Tank Size?

What is the size of a 1972 Ranchero 500 w/429 fuel tank. Is it 20 gals?

i'm thinkin i used to squeeze about 21 into mine, when it was running on fumes.

but that last gallon may have been in the fill pipe...

Torino was 21 gallons, but Ranchero was 26 gallons 1972-1979...

Thanks for the replies but I still don't know what size it is. 21-26 gals? Where did you get the 26gal figure?
