Where did everyone go

Where did everyone go? We need to get some things going , Jim has sugested a 1ST anniversary meet and I think it will be great but we need to get more people in our chapter out to these events. Give us some input on what and where you would like to meet and do. I would like to meet some of you new members and see your rides. These meets we put together aren't car shows I mean, yeah I clean mine up and make her look good but she's my every day driver and has nicks and scratches in the paint and is not perfect in the least .We talk trucks ,4X4, engines you name it we bring the wives and the kids too. It's nice to make new friends you never know when you need a hand doing something or have a special skill or tool that you can help someone with .

I keep asking myself the same question. I guess most folks just don't have time to play. Can't blame them I suppose. I spend way too much time wrapped up around my truck than I should.........we're probably the abnormal ones.

I am still around.....still looking for a truck though. I have my eyes on one right now I have tot alk to the guy on my next day off. I think I am giving up on the 4x4 since I can't find one near me. I plan on doing a hot rod style now. As for the meet I am all for it and will be there, with or without a truck.

It's not "Ford Truck Owners" it is "Ford Truck Enthusiasts." I get fired up about all kinds of thing I will never own. Such as:

SR-71

HEMTT (Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck)

.50 cal sniper rifle (OK, I might actually buy one of these)

You can come to the GTG in anything you want (I came to our first meet in an xterra!) or you could drive to another member's house and ride in with them. Do Ford Trucks fire you up? If yes the you might be an Enthusiast.

I'll second the statement about Dave's cooking. He does a great job. I'm still around folks, just busy.
