7.3L PSD twin turbo

There's been a few project trucks out there, but nothing with really great success.
It's a pain simply because of the space under the hood. Some folks had to ditch the A/C compressor just to fit another turbo in there. Doesn't make for a good daily driver after that. The idea of a twin setup is driveability. Smaller turbo to boost low rpm's, and big turbo for WOT blasts.
I think some of the guys that did it found it cost simply too much for the small amount of gain slapping some twins on would give. There's too many others out there with bigger hp numbers and faster trucks running on a single large turbo and fantastic tuning.

Wide Open Performance has had good success with the twin kit on their race truck.

Im planning on compounds (please dont disgrace the name, Twins) on my engine build im about to start in the next few weeks. Im keeping my 1.15/ww/ats as the small turbo, and then planning on a large turbo right in front of it, where the fuel filter was. It should fit based on measurements, and if necesary ill run a cowl hood, even though i dont like the look. With lots of fuel its the best way to get 550 on fuel only, thats what im shooting for.

I would love to do some street racing with that one.
Talk about some humbled Hondas.
