modern trans to a Y block?
Is it possible to mount a modern manual trans to my 239 Y block?

modern trans to a Y block?
Speedway Motors sells a bellhousing to mate a Flathead or y-block to a modern manual transmission. That includes the Borg-Warner T-5 5 speed.

modern trans to a Y block?
If you pick up the May 2001 issue of Classic Trucks pg 34 they cover a variety of trannys that you can put behind a Y block and whats required to do it.
