hey everyone, i have a 1998 F-250LD 4x4 and i was wondering what would be better to replace the factory torsion bars with new ones or with a lift kit. i'm thinking that a lift kit would be cheaper? and what brand of lift kit should i go with.

 

usually most lift kits would re-use the stock tortion bars, just relocating them farther down with brackets. What is wrong with yours?

 

A lift kit just moves the torsion bars lower on the frame. Why do you need new ones?
