does anyone have info on swapping some type of automatic, like 350 turbo, c-4/6, or pg to an inline flathead 6 from 1950 passenger car....also is 6 bellhousing the same pattern as the v8 flatheads ?

 

As far as I know, the 6 and 8 have different BH patterns. Flat-O-Matic makes adapters for the C-4 to V8 flatties, might want to talk to them.
