okay there seem to be 2 Glow plug relays ????? one forward one rear ward they are very close in size symetry one has three thick leads 2 on 1 post a single on the other the other the othere relay looking item has 2 thick leads 1 on each post and

Front one is the GP the rearward is the IAH (Intake Air Heater)

will pulling off the tin foil on the hot pipe increase the noise i get on a 99 and is the " wicked wheel upgrade worth it im driving a 99 bone stock psd with a 6 speed trans we call it sir ( sure ) shiftsalot

You only need to do the WW if you have the late '99. The early ones already have the good one installed from the factory.
A very easy way to tell is to look inside your intake and see which wheel is installed.
The early wheel will have 10 vanes of staggered height, five tall and five short in between the tall ones. The late wheel will have 9 vanes, all the same height.

I love rowing the gears as well. Nothing sounds better to me than listening to my 5" exhaust bellowing at WOT while I am going through the gears.

the one toward the front is rubber bushed and taller than my replacement piece ie my replacement piece wont mount there when i say front i mena closer to the fan TIA
