1960 stepside/fleetside wheelbase?

Are the wheelbases the same on a 1960 F100 short box stepside and shortbox fleetsides? I'd really like to pick up a fleetside bed to replace my stepside bed. I would imagine that if the wheelbase was the same that a short fleetside box would bolt right on.

I have just purchased a 1960 styleside I may want to convert to stepside. Are the bed and fenders in good shape?

My 60 book makes no mention of the wheel base being different for stepside or styleside. As for bolt right on, remeber it is a Ford :-)
