Camaro Clip on 56 F100
My experience with a 2nd generation Camaro clip has not been that positive. After about 7 years the crossmember and original frame had significant cracks. The crossmember had been notched though and I am sure this weakened it. See thread below Frame Woes. Not trying to talk you out of it, just putting my 2 cents in.
