p1280-Injector control pressure circuit, out of range, low
ok, i just got an edge chip and since i have put it in my truck has went down hill! it has ran fine always till i put it in. now i have codes up the butt. i have a VSS code{always knew about it} KAM keep alive memory, CPS, and this injector control ciruit. now the truck chugges and the check engine light comes on and off and will somtimes stall out at stop signs.
now i need to start the fixin.
what is a ICPC, where is it, and how much green is it going to cost me? is this a repair i can do myself or do i need to bring it to ford? any info on where this is located and how i can fix it or anything else would be awsome guys.
thanks for all and any help
Mitch

You might want to check the connection on the ICP. flip open the plastic cover and on the drivers side head near the front of the engine is the ICP. I just unplugged mine to see if there was any difference in the idle, there wasnt. Also if it is ok, unplug it and take it for a drive, the check engine light will be on, but the sensor sends a normal reading (by default) to the pcm. But it sounds like the same code mine pulled up when I unplugged mine for a few seconds. The KAM code is from your programmer. Might want to replace your cps if the engine is cutting out.
