Tune up a 5.4L

I hope to do a tune up in the near future. From what I have read, the 100K spark plugs should be replaced at 60K. I have an almost noticable miss, and I just want to do it. I will use denso 5325 iridium plugs, keep the stock COPs, but has anyone seen any high quality aftermarket silicone cops boots? I should be able to get replacements from ford easily, but I had rather have a good quality aftermarket. I am not a big fan of granatelli (issues with other things), but MSD, nor Taylor list a boot/wire for COPs.

I have kept up with o2 sensors, cleaning the MAF, oiling my K&N, changing fuel filter. Is there anything else I should look at tune-up wise?

I'm not sure how the iridium plugs will work. May people have has issues when not running Motorcraft or Autolite double platium plugs.
Boots are available from AutoZone and other auto parts stores.
I would change the PCV valve too.

My understanding is that the iridium plugs are only a necessity when running a power adder. Otherwise it's a waste of money.
