Two questions

1) I read in one of the threads that one persons wife was complaining about the smell... Is making your own bio oderific?

2) How many hours does it take to process 25 gallon batches?

Thanks

lol, It doesn't if you dispose of you waste properly. I live out in the booneys so I just threw it over the fence. That stuff doesn't just go away. I haven't made it in about 2 months and it still has an odor. Just dispose of the waste properly (go deeper into the woods) and there won't be a problem.

Depends on if you want to do a prewash but normally from start to finish if you don't your looking at about 48 hrs. I'd did a couple of prewashes (only one emulsion) and was done in about 30 hrs. But in the end I'd just let it settle for 12 hrs then transfered to the wash tank. There's been alot of debate going on another site about a waterless wash. Still takes time but hardly no chance of emulsion.

Here's my setup it's for sale on ol flebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MESE%3AIT&rd=1

#1. I don't think it smells that bad, Smells like money to me!

#2. I process 50 gallons per hour for 5-6 hours once a week, and it's ready for use in 24 hours because I don't water-wash, I use Magnesol instead.
