67 f600 grain truck w/lift bed

I recently bought a f600 from my gramdfather. I'm trying to get in the dump truck business. This trusk is a single axle. My Question is this:

How difficult would it be to add another dually axle?

Also, how difficult would a gas to diesel conversion be?

Taking the cheapest route possible, how much $$ would I be looking at to do this??

Use that truck for light loads and buy a HD truck for heavy loads. Conversion is more expensive and time consuming than buying another truck and it could not be licensed for the heavier loads. Overload tickets are expensive.

For the conversions it wouldn't be too expensive at all on top of getting the parts, but like Torque1st said the practicallity isn't there. Just because an ox has 6 legs doesn't mean it's anything other than a ox.
