Thumbs down Sick Powerstroke

I paid today to HIGH PLAINS AUTOMOTIVE in Spearman, Texas $899 for the installaion of one new injector on #5 cyl to cure a miss. I still have a miss and now it loads up or almost dies when it is cold. I don't know which way to turn. I can't pay that much for each cylinder and the codes show nothing.
help?????
