Angry Engine missing at 1100 rpms

I just went through and replaced all injectors orings and checked all the wires.I still have a miss at 1100 rpms. It seams to go away at idle and at high rpm. The scanner does not pick up any problems with the contribution test. All injectors are working. I also cannot get my boost above 15 psi. map hose is good. Any ideas???

It should run at a default setting so it should run normal. You'll have a cel though while its unpluged.
