Hello I have a 99 F250 SD 4x4 with the Supercab and the short bed. I may have the opportunity to get a 2001 F250 SD 4x4 with the Crew Cab and short bed. Unfortunately, I won't have an opportunity to measure the beds to compare them (the 2001 is out of town and a relative is going to be looking at it for me), and I will be working in the morning and won't have time to go find another one to measure.

Can anyone confrim for me that the beds are the same size.

the short beds are the same and the long beds are the same for all years. the only difference is your cab.

Frames Are Different Because The Number Of Body Mounting Points, The Wheelbase, And Cab Configuration. Obveously, The Bigger The Cab, The Longer The Frame.
