rear end ID numbers?
Where are the numbers that ID the rear end? the code for the axle on the door sill plate is "08". i couldn't find a plate when i looked on the rear and but it was caked with at least 1/4 inch thick with dirt and grease.

Shop Manual says Ford 9", 3.50:1, non-locking.
You oughta visit Stockman's site, he has a lot of info on the '67's.

could someone decode these for me

6LC = Date code
301 = which Plant built at code
