Post Fe bellhousing and muncie match-up??

I was wondering if the muncie I have will bolt up to the bellhousing on my '69 F100 with a 360 4 speed. I am hopping up the motor soon and would like to get rid of the granny low for a more streetable tranny. Can I use the original bellhousing or do I have to buy something like an adapter or spacer? Any help is greatly appreciated!!
Thanks, Jsbiohazard
