Question 98 f150 - wiper motor

Hey, anybody out there tried to take the cowl off? There seems to be some sort of "clip" under the half of the cowl on the driver's side. I can't seem to access it and it appears to be the only thing left holding the cowl on.

You have to remove all the philips head screws (which all screw into white clips) 9 total. Plus I think a couple plastic pegs under the hood. The pass side must come off first I think ( the 2 sides over lap in the middle). Plus there are tabs on either side that lip under the fenders. It's kind of a lift and twist operation. Same goes for getting the wiper motor out, leave it plugged in be cause you'll need to use the key switch (turn on the wiper switch with ignition off, and turn key on n off to move wiper motor) to move the controll arms to a certain point in order to get them out.
