Safety investigation
Well things are moving right along. Steve Chan of the National highway traffic safety administration is investigating the safety issues related to a CPS in PSD Ford trucks. If it's OK with our moderators to ask for a members to send there info about there CPS failure to Steve. I talked with him on the phone last week. From the safety aspect, he is very intrested in hereing from all of us. In or out of warranty, if you have a invoice for the repair or purchase of a CPS please scan that in also. Thanks We can win this.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) Office of Defects Investigation (ODI) is presently reviewing a number of these complaints. To consistently identify the faulty components associated with the engine stalling event, we are seeking copies of any repair/remedy records, and any actual defective hardware. Please E-mail scanned copies of these records to this address or faxes them to my attention on (202) 366-7882.
