hi everyone my names chris and i have a 78 and a 79 bronco the 78 has 72 f250 axles in it and are heavy duty i have a 6 inch body lift and wanna chage it to a suspension lift but cant find one my problem is that my bronco is a match between a 78 bronco and a 72 f250 and it has leaf sprins at all 4 corners and that is my deleamer. any help would be great thanks alot email if you want at mykillaz28@aol.com

 

expect to spend money....If the 72 f250 springs are mounted the same way they would have been mounted as if it was a 72 f250....then you'll want to find a lift kit for an f250. If they changed everything around, then probably a spring shop would have to make them. But if it's all the same as an f250, then skyjacker makes a kit...http://4wheelonline.com/Products.asp...roductID=28523 towards the bottom of the page. Now after looking at this page, I'd consider putting in a 3" body lift, and tub the fenders out 3" more, and save your money. stability and handling would improve. Understand, that factory highboys like the 72 F250 already had 4 inches of lift built into the springs.

 

Good idea to get rid of the 6" body lift. If you decide to get a suspension lift, then buy 6" lift springs for a F-250 and you would need a 78 Bronco drop pitman arm(if it wasn't converted to a F-250) longer brake lines and other little things needed for a lift.
