P0174 and P0176 code

I've got a 2000 E150 auto with a 4.2 V6. Rough idle and stalls. Code reader comes up with codes P0174 and P0176 fuel lean. Could this be a fuel filter or a fuel pump problem or should I be looking at something else. Also the OD on the tranny will turn itself off going down the road I don't know if this is related.
