4X4 front diff Q

I know I could crawl under and look but it is cold and dark out so this way is easier. What does one have to do to change the oil in the front diff? The truck is 98 F150 4X4 short box regular cab with a 4.2 and a 5 speed. I'm wondering if the diff looks similar to the one on the back and has to have the cover removed to drain the oil or if it is more like the one on my 4Runner that has a drain plug and a fill plug. That would be easier to change the oil if it has a drain plug. Anyone know for sure?

my 2001 has two plugs, the case is bolted to the frame stationary and the alxes to each wheel move up and down. pumpkin is bolted solid. you drain thru one plug and fill thru the other. dont hurt to blow a littel air thru the top hole to force some extra out the bottom and get as much crud out as possible. i used 80-90 wt standarg gear lube. the back takes synthetic.
