How about the Cats!
I listen to the pre game show and the post game show on the raido, and Tubby seems to stress the problem is the lack of toughness of the players. Is it not the job of the coaches to teach this. He even said it could not be taught, it needs to be recruited.
We can all see that we have no inside game, and the rebounding is killing us, and their is no defesive intensity that was once there.
We have very limited offensive set plays that is run.
What am I not seeing?
I am not at all saying that Tubby is not a good coach, but is he a great coach?
The tallent of the kids coming in to colage today is so much improved over the years, that it is becoming more a coaches game than players.
If Tubby ever wins another ncaa title, it will suprise me.
I will always support UK basketball and hope I am wrong.

I agree. Let's not forget that the current players ambition to play basketball with each other is severly lacking. While at the UNC-UK game last week I noticed that whenever Rondo came up the court with the ball. Once he crossed the halfcourt line his teammates instantly planted themselves wherever they were and refused to come up and help him. Not sure if that is jealousy or what. But it is very demoralizing as a fan to see it happening.
Still bleed blue but right now it just isn't spurting out of me as fast as it normally would.
