1977 ford vehicle weight

this question has got me stumped, and I was wondering if anyone knows what a 1977 ford pickup 1/2 ton 4x4 weighs approx. witha a v-8 and a 4-speed. No a/c

Take it to a local metal scrap yard or local truck stop, and ask to see if they mind letting you get on their scales. Most of the time they will let you.

My '73 F100 2WD with 390/4speed empty(?) weighed in at 5200 with a gvw of 5000. Add 1,000 for front axle and transfer case and you should be close.
