Changing fluids on a 1997 F-150 5.4L 4x4

I've got 130K on my truck now. I change my oil every 3k. This is my first 4x4 and was wondering what other fluids I should consider changing this weekend while the weather is still nice out.

Thanks!

Mike C.

At 60,000 to 70,000 the tranny, rear-end, front-end and radiator flush. When you get that many miles most people overlook the power steering and brake fluid change. You will spend about $250.00 to do all this. When you change the rear-end fluid, Dont forget to add friction modifier. (Get This From Dealer)

Ok how about the front and rear Diff, (they both take different fluids, front reg 80/90 weight and the rear synthetic gear oil +add 6 oz of non slip addative), Transfer, Transmission/filter/ flush, coolant/flush, power steering, and brake fluid. That about covers all that I would change at that mileage. It's alittle bit of work and fluids are expensive but worth it.

Thanks fellas. One last question:

For the front and read Diffs, is there a plug to drain the fluids?

Front diff yes and Rear no. Just take bolts out of rear, drain and replace gasket then fill through top inspection hole.
Also if you have never done so, Seafoam the engine. You can search threads to get info.

also when you remove the rear dif cover you can get alot better clean than just draining.
