I never went the Efan route so I can't speak from experience but I did a lot of research when I was looking to get a set up. I really liked the dual flex-lite setup, but I had read a bunch of posts elsewhere that there were a lot of problems with their controller melting (but flexilite took care of the customers). I also heard the setup in action and they were pretty loud. A lot of the Lightning Specific single fans are pretty much a stock Ford part no. with added parts and wiring and that is modified to work with the Lightning. Most of these are pretty pricey, like around $400. There are instructions floating around some of the forums on how to make your own setup as well.
