Aftermarket AC
Does anybody know where to get Aftermarket AC stuff? I saw it in some catolog a long time ago, but don't remember the manufacturer or the retailer.
Anyone have any experience with it?
I can't take it anymore. It must be global warming. I'm gonna get AC or move to Frostbite Falls, Minnesota.

If you move to Minnesota the mosquito monsters will carry you off to the nest to feed their young. There have been sightings of one of those monsters carrying off two grown women at once. They can tuck one or two children under each leg. Load your shotgun with 00 buck or slugs, bird shot just bounces off of their armour. Wait until you feel the air off their wings if you are using anything less than a 12 Gage, you won't get a chance to get off a second shot. Don't drive a convertible even with the top up. If one gets on the top of your truck hit the brakes quick and try to break off his proboscis in the sheet metal.
Use the <SEARCH> function to look thru here for AC info, You will find TONS of it.

If you are looking at their "hurricane" unit, do not waste your money. I had one in my '55. On its best day, I could drive down the road and debate with myself whether I should just turn it off and roll the window down. The design itself is faulty and is very inefficient. It sucks the air through itself instead if blowing it through. What you wind up with is a large portion of the evaporator in dead air.
