bleeding power steering unit

I'm having problems with my power steering unit.I can tell I have a lot of air in the lines because the resivoir is full of air bubbles.Can someone tell me how to bleed the power steering?

Normally, all you have to do is turn the wheel hard right to hard left a couple of times. It would help to get the weight off the wheels as well.
