Pro is right, it all depends on the willingness of the members to make it work. The first major get together we had was organised by Rosati. For weeks and weeks the feedback was great, so many folks said they would be there. On the day of the meet only myself and Ray from Austin showed. And of course right after that there were around ten folks from the same town as the meet was in saying "we should have a meet". I also tried to get something going two more times to no avail. Like I said, Pro is right on the money. They keep it interesting in the Northwest Chapter and folks are then interested in making more effort.

That was the 2nd multi-state GTG we've had in the last few months. We had, what- 25 or so at our house in July? (pics in my gallery) I was surprised at what a good time my wife had- and I think she met some new friends in the wives/significant others that came along with the other guys. Another GTG thought- it's a good opportunity to invite friends that could potentially become members. We increased the FTE rolls by 2 after our last deal.
