My brother has a 2005 F250 Kingranch Lariat with a single disc cd player. I don't know much about how the systems of fords work. Is there an OEM Navigation unit he can add to replace his factory cd player? I've been searching all over to find this out. Or is the only option a Aftermarket HU with NAV? I'd appreciate any feedback at all thanks.
