Whats the gas mileage for a V10 Excursion 4x4

MPG 2000 Excurson V10
The average actual calculated MPG for our 2000 Excursion V10 over 93,000 miles is 13.3 (very little towing). The best was 16.7 on a trip from Alamosa, CO to SW Kansas (favorable conditions at night). If you rode with me you would know why I get better MPG than most (very little brake wear after 93,000 miles) .
Anyone else notice a 1.5-2 MPG drop in fuel mileage when the outside Temp. drops below about 50 degress? I put a cold cover on (usually helps) and sometimes when I get the exhaust system good and warm the MPG improves for a while. I usually get 12.5 MPG on the highway when driving into a cold, head (or side) wind at 65 mph.
The fuel mileage computer reading is almost always 1+ MPG higher than calculated (after a full tank without resetting) (just about the same as on 2009 F-150, 2006 Five Hundred, and 2006 Montego that we drive; why can't they calibrate it correctly?).

I have wondered about the winter blend fuel, but the thing is that it doesn't matter what time of year it is that my Excursion MPG changes noticeably when the Temp. drops below 50, and it improves when it is warmer, even during the winter. It is true, though, that I have no idea when the fuel blend has been "winter" or not.

I bought a 2000 Exc in June drove it 500 miles put a new motor in it 116,153 on odometer have driven it 4,094 miles have an app on phone which keeps tack of gas every fill up and at this time with 50/50 driving it says I got 10.2 running from Vermont to Maine and local driving in both states. Sometimes pulling 14 trailer with motorcycles and sleds.
