4.6 Bellhousing Pattern

Anybody know for sure if the late model 4.6L modular V-8 bellhousing pattern at the rear of the block matches the 302/351W pattern? In other words, will a 4.6 they bolt up to earlier small block bellhousings?

Unfortunatly not. We had a T45 transmission at work that I was interested in installing in my 89 5.0L Mustang, but after further study, the bolt pattern of the bellhousing is different. Oh, well.
