Nope, just disconnect the battery for about 5-10 minutes then take the truck out and drive it for about a half hour in as many conditions as possible...stop-n-go, WOT, city streets, etc. This allows the PCM to do as broncobillybob said, and "relearn" the parameters of the engine.
