Fuel Filter Change

I am at 61k, and I was thinking maybe about replacing the fuel filter. I know filters aren't really expensive, but I hear that a Special tool is required?

about 5 bucks or so at Advance Auto, Auto Zone, etc.

probably time to replace, I was in for new tires and had my mechanic change for me while truck was up, only cost me 12 bucks to have done, Truck has 71k on it and it was definately time to replace.
