is 2.9L really that bad?

ok. so the battery charger said the battery was good. it wasnt. we used a jump box and it started right up.

I guess I got lucky I moved all my power to the box of the truck with out aproblem so nice to be able to plug the truck in to a wall lol

my friend has an 87 bronco II and we will be puttin the 3rd motor in it this weekend the other two lost oil pressure and we rebuilt on still had no oil pressure he had an 85 ranger and the 2.8 in it had 500,000 and finally quit about a month ago now were either gona 302 it or rebuild the old motor
