go to www.partsamerica.com
Do a search with your truck specs, (assuming it has the 5.4L), and search for "Lamps". It looks like what you need is under "Instrument Lamps"
If not instrument lamps, there are quite a few more types of "lamps" there.

jodypbeck, man when I bought my truck used, the same light bulb was burned out. I searched and searched and searched, but to no avail. Even the dealership would only sell me the entire switch, $48 for a flippin' light bulb (since my switch wasn't bad). So this is what I did, I bought a small bulb at Advance auto parts, put a test light on each of the four wires that goes into the switch in back, spliced into the ones I needed (on mine it was the two outside wires on the incoming plug) and wired up my new bulb. I just stuck it into the existing light bulb hole, and held it in place with a little electrical tape. I also put a red bulb in, to minimize the accidental shift into 4x4 (since the dial is just like the HVAC and right next to it). It works great, was cheap, was easy, and looks pretty cool too. Hope this helps.
