Bed quarter panel replacement 1964

I have to replace one of the bed outside quarter panels on my '64 F100 styleside short bed. A previous accident and incompetent body shop made a mess out of it. I see JC Whitney offers a '67-86 panel. Wasn't '67 the same bed side as '64? If not, what years do interchange - just '64-66? I know the earlier unibody styleside is way different '63 and back

<TABLE class=table cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=616 border=0><TBODY><TR class=tableRowEven><TD class=tableCell vAlign=top align=left width=77>1967 - 1986 </TD><TD class=tableCell vAlign=top align=left width=57>Ford</TD><TD class=tableCell vAlign=top align=left width=57>F-Series Pickup</TD><TD class=tableCellItemDesc vAlign=top align=left width=187>Quarter Panel - Size E</TD><TD class=tableCell vAlign=top align=middle width=42>Each</TD><TD class=tableCell vAlign=top align=left width=26>ZX787024PFE</TD><TD class=tableCellPrice vAlign=top align=middle width=67>$109.95</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
Thanks

Only 64-66 will work, and the bad news is nobody make full bedsides for those. You'll have to find a good donor.
U.S.Body Source in Fla. does make some fiberglass parts for the 61-66 body styles though.
Good luck, Phil

Thanks Phil. If it weren't raining right now I'd be out in a salvage yard I know that might have a donor. Thanks for the USBody source. Quality glass!

I know where a good shortbed went to scrap.....my local yard who, IMHO has nil respect for true recycling of old car parts.....I was very sad....but I did make a massive score though.....I have a shortbed toolbox...I will keep an eye out for ya....where are you located ????

I'm in Kerrville, TX. 65 miles NW of San Antonio. There is a farmer/rancher near here with trucks in his yard but we've had rain yesterday and today so can't get at his trucks to see if there is a possible donor.
Thanks.

Smile They're still out there if ya look.

That's your best bet, to find a rust free or low rust donor. Being in Texas will help you a lot. No such luck up here in Indiana. I had to "import" a good bed from Oklahoma.

Good luck, Phil
