Question shift knob

i have a 88 f150 w/ 5 speed tranny it has that push on style knob....my question is does anyone make a knob for direct fit, like hurst or b&m, if so where....

Zane M is starting off with a positive reputation.
Hurst and B&M knobs are threaded, so they probably wont work in stock form.

The only option I can think of is the multitude of aftermarket knobs that are held on with set screws. I also recall seeing a plain black push on knob in the "HELP" section of parts at the local parts stores.
