prodigy in my expy

im thinking of buying a new prodigy controller for my 2000 expy that came with tow package from the factory. im assuming that if I get the proper wiring harness with the prodigy that all ill have to do is find the connector under the dash and plug it in. Am i correct that if the truck came with tow package there is a plug somewhere for a brake controller?

If you have the connector, it will be gray and have 6 pins (3 over 3) with 5 wires connected to it. Ford likes to tape it up high on the driver's side under the dash, although on my '02 and '04 Explorers it was behind the glove box.

I installed a prodigy controller in my 99 expy.....very easy. If you have the tow package, all you need is the controller and wiring harness. Here are some nice pictures to help locate the connector. I looked for several days until I found these pictures.
